Vice President, Support Services
Andre Kacan serves as the Vice President of Support Services at ICOMM. His team provides our managed care customers with timely break/fix response, outage management, and ongoing maintenance of their telephony and UC environments.
Andre joined the company in 2011 as a senior telephony analyst and during his tenure has held multiple leadership roles within the support services organization.
In his free time, Andre enjoys traveling, music and spending time with family and friends.
Andre earned a bachelor’s of telecommunications degree from DeVry University.
